SOURCE: Dishwasher will not drain
Hello Tom,
Glad that you were able to find something out of place in the check valve ( like the gasket) which in turn was restricting the ball in that check valve from being in the right position. I'd be willing to bet that your problem is solved..
Regards,
Rick

Most likely the actuator for the rinse aid dispenser is not functioning.

Control is programmed to stop
running and not allow any
further cycles if it detects a
water heating problem (no
temperature increase detected
in heated Main Wash on
3 consecutive cycles). Control
blinks the Clean LED 7 times
repeatedly and disables the
Start/Resume key until
cleared.
Running Diagnostics clears the
control and allows it to operate
again. The water heating problem
must be fixed or the control will
stop running again. See potential
causes below.
Heater circuit problem:
■ Open in heater.
■ Open connection or
component in heater circuit.
■ Faulty heater drive circuit on
control.
1. Check operation of heater in
Diagnostics cycle.
2. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect
power.
3. Check resistance of heater and all
components and connections in the
water heating circuit or heat dry
circuit.

SOURCE: The clean dish rinse solution in both drawers leaking out
Your seal aroud the top lid is bad causing the leaking. It is supposed to press down against the groove around the top of your wash tube to seal properly.
1- You need to take it out to inspect the seal, if it flare out, then it need to be replace.
2- If it is OK then your lid actuators on the both sides are faulty. They are supposed to bring the lid down, but either one side is broken then the lid is improperly sealed causing leakeage.
3- The Lid seal is sold in the whole Lid with installed seal together with holders from both sides.
4- The Lid actuators are sold in pair.
Good luck in finding the root cause.
