Hi It is hard to tell with your description. Any bumping or impact? At this point you have to bring near local repair shop. They might charge you around $35 to 85 depend on what they really want to charge. How ever you can check basic thing in your home. (if you have multimeter, you can check battery and charger unit are good or not, ) thanks and best regard!

Can't download pictures to computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

I have a vpc-E1500tp and it won't turn on and it won't charge... What do I do?

Lens is not all the way extended, so you can not turn it on. the defect maybe fixed buy pushing on the power button and pull the lens out gently by wiggling the lens? It may all be futile. Buy a new camera.

My lens is scratched and the picture focuses on it and wont focus out so I have to fix the lens- any advice on how to fix my problem? Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG10

There's nothing you can do except to have the lens replaced. Trying to rub out a scratch would only result in the lens having a different focal point and would no longer work with the other lens elements in the assembly. This will probably cost more than the camera is worth.

My camera fell on the lenns while it was on and the lenns got stuck. The model is VPC-E1500TP. Is there a way i can repair that at home?

There really isn't much you can do with your camera lens at home because of how great of a force that drop was on the lens. From your description, I'm assuming it pushed the lens back into the camera, the mechanism for the lens to rotate is probably damaged. Contacting Sanyo customer support is your best bet.
