SOURCE: My Dryer is turning on

The problem is a broken drive belt or it has slipped off the idler pulley. Disconnect power then remove the rear access panel and reinstall the drive belt over the motor and idler pulleys. If the drive belt cannot be reinstalled from the rear access panel or if it has been broken and needs to be replaced, you have to tear down the dryer from the top to the front panel.

Remove the screws attaching the to panel to the rear of the dryer then slide the panel rearward and off. Remove the screws holding the control panel to the inside of the dryer cabinet then lift up and roll it forward. Remove the screws securing the top of the front panel to the cabinet then lean the panel forward and disconnect the door switch wire harness. Lift up on the panel and set it aside.

Remove the front bulkhead then take the drum out through the front. Install the drive belt around the drum then over the motor and idler pulleys. Put the dryer back together in reverse order of the tear down process.

My Electrolux EDV 605clothes dryer is turning but not heating, heating element is ok possible faulty thermistor, dryer heats up when thermistor is unplugged but has an error code of 5 beeps

I think you're absolutely right exhaust sensor is faulty.

The buzzer will give 5 beeps, all program LEDs will flash for 5 seconds and the dryer will continue with the cycle. The warning beeps and flashing LEDs will occur every 30 seconds.
On Timer Drying programs it will run for the time remaining and in Sensor Drying programs it will run for 90 minutes. As the exhaust air temperature can not be sensed the element will be cycled on and off at a preset amount. The cycling time of the element will vary depending on the amount of time remaining.

NOTE: When this fault exists the dryer can still be used but regardless of the Sensor Drying program selected the dryer will use the 90 minute Timer Drying program, Timer Drying programs will use the selected program, and with both types of programs the element will cycle as above. The buzzer will also still be sounding.

If an exhaust sensor fault is detected the buzzer will beep and the Reminder Clean the Filter LED will flash. The LED flashes at different rates depending what is wrong with the sensor -

Fast (4 per second) = open circuit senor, broken wiring or multi pin plug not correctly fitted to the control board.
Slow (2 per second) = Short circuit in sensor or wiring.

The sensor resistance at different temperatures is as shown below.

Temperature (Celsius) Resistence (Ohms)
55 2960
50 3570
45 4330
40 5280
35 6490
30 8030
25 10000
20 12555
15 15880
10 20260
5 26080
0 33870

As you can see this is NTC thermistor with Negative Temperature Coefficient , means if temperature increasing the resistance decreasing.

How do I get my kelvinator stove's P 12 front door back

Without more information I can't be sure of your problem but I will make a guess that you removed the door without engaging the hinge locks. I am attaching a video that may help. All oven door hinges are not the same. Some require you to insert a screwdriver or pin in a hole to stop the hinge from retracting. My own oven door has retainers that snap onto the slot just above the hinge. When you remove the door these pieces are used to hold the hinge in the open position.
If the hinges are in the closed position you will have to figure out how to open them and hold them in the open position. Be Careful. The springs are very strong and can hurt you. I am including a link to a youtube video that may be the same as your oven door.
This free troubleshooting video shows step-by-step instructions on replacing the oven door hinge on Frigidaire, Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, Tappan, and Kenmore gas ranges.

Electrolux cde7700lw0 dryer

Good Afternoon Brain, this is Z. I am happy to assist you!

I understand that your Electrolux dryer (CDE7700LW0) door indicates it is open and your dryer will not operate. Let's try resetting your dryer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is best to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on your dryer. Select a normal cycle and verify if the dryer will start. If your appliance will not operate then it possibly have a faulty door lock assembly or a communication problem with the control board. In this regard, I would suggest contacting an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your appliance.

I own a 1Q-Touch Front-Load Electrolux washing machine. The door won't open. What can I do?

Hello Elizabeth P Cochran - Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. If the door does not open, then it sounds like the washer is possibly experiencing a communication problem with the control board, wiring failure or faulty door lock. Contact a professional to move forward accurately to properly diagnose/repair unit.

Electrolux 12141 Washer/Dryer When opening the door the clothes are really steaming. We haven't noticed this before, the machine approx. 2 and a half years old. Is this normal? Or is it something that...

Your exhaust vent is blocked causing the steaming affect.
Remove the exhaust vent from the rear of the dryer and clean it thouroughly before replacing. Make sure it is straight as possible with no kinks.

IT WILL NOT HEAT. how do i remove the heating element to replace

Is it gas or electric? It could have a bad timer, heating element, power problem, circuit breaker could have tripped, or blown fuse or burnt wires inside dryer. I believe the top pops off from inserting a screw driver between the top and front dryer frame and pushing in 2 clamps located near each side. Then the front unscrews from the inside. Or a bottom panel might come off same way underneath the door.
