That would be a dealer part, if they no longer carry it then you are looking at a used part on eBay, craiglist or a local junkyard. Most likely a part common to most Chrysler products of that year.
Once you get the part, an auto glass shop is the way to go. They have the knowledge, tools, and fasteners to take it apart, fix it, and put it back together quickly and with no collateral damage. As the regulator is now over 10 years old put some thought into replacing it so as to not pay the labor again next year when it fails.
