Were you ever able to repair it? Our kids recently left our remote outside as well; and am looking for ways to fix it. Thanks!

SOURCE: pool about to overflow

Syphon it (see link). It will be easier if it is an above ground pool.

Jandy pda ps6 handheld just says "waiting" when you turn it on......it stays on like that until the pda shuts itself off......is there a way to fix it or a way to control my spa elsewhere

try turning off the aqualink and PDA then turn on the aqualink then PDA if same happens check the 4 pin red plug inside the top panel if plugged in check the wire to the antenna if not cut or loose open the antenna panel to see if red and green lights blinking if not check to see if you can change channels if you cannot get to work put system in service and you can control spa that way
