was you try to click forgot password?from that link you can reset your password

If you can't still log in. then, most probably your account was blocked. For suspicion of phishing and spamming. You need to contact the Customer Care of Yahoo Mail. How? click this link

And click Submit button. In a few time your account will be accessed again.

then click switch to yahoo classic

I have a solution for this problem,this is fast and reliable.

First signin in your yahoo email account with the id through which you are trying to singin in the messenger.Then go in account information and change your password.

That's it.....the problem will be solved...!!!

anathor way to go directly on the " password changing page" is to click on "forgot your password"
the starting of yahoo messenger (you will see that in blue letters below the place where you enter your id in your messenger ),this is very fast and reliable..

You can use anyone of the method,it will solve your problem forsure...

uninstall the messenger and re-install with the messenger 8.0.
It should work perfectly.
