MMS configuration settings will come from your telephone provider. There are options for manually entering the settings and there is OTA (over the air mms config settings)you need to contact your service provider for you to get the correct config settings. After you received the settings, you need to send an MMS to your own number to try the capabilities of sending and receiving feature of your phone for MMS.Possible rates and data charges may apply.
Your problem of MMS setting can be easily resolved by the service provider of the SIM card, just contact the customer care and take the setting from them. After you have received the setting then do the Factory reset these will delete the previous MMS setting. This can be done by following the given steps Menu->>Settings->>Restore factory setting, then install the MMS setting that you will received from the service provider and your problem of the MMS will be resolved. take this link as an example:(for AT&T service provider)http://forums.att.com/t5/Nokia/Nokia-C3-MMS-and-Web-settings-SOLVED/td-p/2557271
the MMS setting differs from the service provider but as for the phone set up same just same thing or just do the restoration of factory setting in case you didnt want to manually configure them after getting the right MMS setting from your service provider..
