Open Menu > Web/Browser > Go to website > Input address > Go to/OK.
Make sure your GPRS and MMS setting already activated.

Contact your SIM card provider, ask activation software for GPRS and MMS. Install the software, this will also set your MMS and GPRS in browser setting.
