Please tell me the Aircel GPRS settings for Dell venue pro windows mobile as the customer care does not know that

there are certain senarios in which u r not able to receive the ota settings for gprs
1. if u have removed the sim from the mobile within 24 hours
2. if ur mobile does not support the ota setting from aircel
3. if there is some problem with the software of the mobile

conclusion - call the gprs dept. of aircel and ask them for the mannual setting. after that u will surely be able to use the gprs on ur mobile.

please call the operator/service provider(Aircell) customer care. Ask for the GPRS setting.they wil ask your mobile model and wil send the setting.

After your recieve it ,the mobile wil ask you to save the setting. after you save it you can use GPRS.

Please ask customer care to give u the settings of aircel GPRS remember to take full GPRS not wap. Then after receiving the settings install it. Restart phone. And open your PC suite connect ur phone, The at network create wizard Give

Name = WEBPR
APN = aicelweb
Number= *99***# .

Then Create connection or as ur PC suite follows.

Just contact aircel customer care to know about what are the types of GRPS plans available. Ask them to activate your needed GPRS plan. Then they will send you the setting to your mobile,if your mobile model is supported by them. If not, then ask them to provide you with manual settings which is specific to aircel network. Call you Aircel customer care and ask them to send the GPRS settings.
Once you receive the GPRS settings store it.
Now go to Menu->Browser->Web Session->Aircel or Aircel Live.
Now switch off and switch on your mobile.
Now you can browse from your device W230
