Yo,
check out bluetooth options, no cable necessary. I have mac osx and transferred my files from t707 without ever buying a cable. Also did it the other way around, for background pics from comp to cell.

Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
The Phones T707 uses the same DCU-60 series USB data Cable, You should have been given the cable with a new phone. If not, you can purchase it from here.
And yes, the cable is plugged-in the same port, where the charger pin goes.

I hope you will have a clearer picture now.

Concerned, Nooh.

MD-1700 keyboard. How do I connect it via the USB port on the computer?

MIDI(Musical Instrument Digital Interface) is a standard data transfer system used exclusively for instrumentation. A side from amps 7 recording equipment many PCs, laptop & TVs have MIDI access built into them. If they can interface with a UBS connection it is more likely the exception rather than the standard. Below is a link to the users manual for your keyboard. Start reading on page 39.

My husband has a 14 year old Dell computer. He purchased an Acomdata external drive around 2007. He is desirous of transferring the data from the internal drive on his old computer to his Acomdata e

He should be able to do that , Doris. Although it may be a slow process. His external hard drive is equipped with USB version 2.0. If his old computer is version 1.0 it may take a while. The good news is that the two versions are compatible. you can read more about USB here. P.S. I've done this many times with my external drive.

Kodak easyshare dx7630 will not transfer pics to computer

If you remove the memory card from the camera then insert the memory into an USB memory card reader. Then connect this card reader into the USB port on your computer, the computer will see the memory card as an external storage device, open the folder and photos on the memory card and copy them to your computer.

How to download jvc hard drive camcorder to pc

    firewire-ch.jpg
A FireWire connection lets you send data to and from high-bandwidth digital devices such as digital camcorders, and it's faster than USB. See more computer accessory pictures. You have probably heard the term FireWire if you have any interest in digital video -- or maybe you know it as Sony i.Link or as IEEE 1394, the offical name for the standard. FireWire is a way to connect different pieces of equipment so they can easily and quickly share information.
Originally created by Apple and standardized in 1995 as the specification IEEE 1394 High Performance Serial Bus, FireWire is very similar to Universal Serial Bus (USB). The designers of FireWire had several particular goals in mind when they created the standard:
    • Fast transfer of data
    • Ability to put lots of devices on the bus
    • Ease of use
    • Hot-pluggable ability
    • Provision of power through the cable
    • Plug-and-play performance
    • Low cabling cost
    • Low implementation cost

All calls show up as 'unknown' on my t707a 9even if they're not private. How can I fix this?

Have you changed handsets recently if your phone book has been saved on the handset instead of your SIM when you change handsets the SIM will not have any numbers and contacted stored on it.

Put your SIM back into the old handset and copy all your contacts from the old handset to your SIM and reinsert it into you new handset.

It will take a few minutes also any messages that you have saved with your known contacts will also be updated.

Lg trax

You'll need a special software for that, like Nokia... it has Nokia PCSuite to do that. What's your unit anyway... check their website, I'm sure there are tons of software in there.

No cable to connect priner with computer came in the box

A lot of the newer printers, to save money, come without the connection cables (especially if they are "bundled" free with other equipment). It's just a standard USB cable (looks like a flat connector at one end and a box with one edge rounded at the other) and can be purchased at just about any retail store that carries electronics. Just let them know that you need a USB cable. The standard length is 6 feet but you can also get them in 8 or 10 feet, as well, for a little extra.

One extra note, if you don't have enough USB ports on the front or back of your computer USB hubs (usually comes with 4 ports) are fairly inexpensive (around $20US) and very handy for putting the plugs somewhere easier to reach (like on top of your desk instead of under it).

Let us know how it turns out!

Connecting analong camcorder to computer

The only Analog camcorder that has a USB Connection for transferring pictures or video is the SC-L770. The SC-L770 can transfer video (live or recorded) and still photos through the USB connection. You can also transfer audio using the audio cable provided. After installing the driver and software, you can begin transferring data using the software provided. Connecting to a PC 1. Connect a USB cable to the USB port on the PC. 2. Connect the other end of the USB cable into the proper terminal on the camcorder. (USB jack) 3. Connect the audio cable to the Line input jack of the PC. If the PC has no Line input jack, connect the audio cable to the MIC input jack. In this case, however, a noise may be produced depending on the PC. Notes: * If you disconnect the USB cable from the PC or the camcorder while transferring, the data transmission will stop and the data may be damaged. * If you connect the USB cable to a PC via a USB HUB or simultaneously connect the USB cable along with other USB devices, the camcorder may not work properly. * In this case, remove the other USB devices from the PC and reconnect the camcorder. Some other Analog Camcorders have a snapshot mode which allows you to take a still photo with your camcorder. However, you cannot transfer these to a computer unless you purchase additional hardware such as a capture card. Some capture cards have analog a/v inputs which will allow you to use the a/v outputs on the camcorder to connect to your pc and transfer images and video. You can purchase a capture card at most computer and electronics stores. Samsung does not support capture cards.
