Computer working offline wont let me connect to internet

Here Some following important Step to Solve this issues

First you need to restart the Alexa Device.
Check your Power plug connection between Echo and main Switch power. make sure your Power cable is working.
Check your Alexa App on your Smartphone to make sure it is Updated conditions.
Alexa makes sure it is not faulty conditions.
Alexa is kept in wi-fi range.
Wireless router is working and must be connected with the Alexa Echo device through the same network.
Now, you can check Alexa offline to Alexa online and working mode.

1. Have Internet Explorer open. 2. Hit the ALT key. 3. Click file 4. Is work offline checked. If its checked click on work offline. 5. That will remove the check for working offline. 6. Attempt to access any website.

it could be that your IE is set to "Work Offline" or it tried to connect but didn't find a connection setting.

1. Try to configure your internet setting
a. Go to control Panel -> Internet Options - > Connection Tab then LAN settings, then click on "Detect connection automatically

if it still dont work, do this:

2. Open your Internet Explorer, Click on FILE the click on "Work Offline" at the near bottom and hit RELOAD/REFRESH (or press F5)

have u got a modem to your laptop or pc so it will stop the phine interferring with the internet connection. if u dont have a modem and your laptops a dial up connection the phone WILL make u *** offline. i would buy a router or ask a computer man to fix a modem to your internet wires so the phone wont take u offline.

make sure that your connected. on IE go to tools, internet options. connections and setup on the top. keep going. let me know if u need help.

i am assuming that you have an ip address /dns /internet settings provided by your internet service provider.

open internet explorer

click on tools

internet option

select connection tab

remove items from Dial-up and virtual private network settings
or select the option which says never dial a connection.

under connections tab

select Lan setting

check the box automatically detect settings

restart your PC

sometimes computer virus do make an internet connection...

try competely cancelling all internet connection on the pc that won't work then restart your computer and set it up again from the start.
