My email is not accepting id or password - Yahoo Mail

Have you checked the server details are correct?
Username is normally in the format of either the full email address or the Domain\username. Your mail provider should be able to provide you with this information

Can you log in from another PC and change profile settings?

Well just send an email to every combination you think there might be. What will happen is, you will receive an email back on every email that DOES NOT exist. By process of elimination you can figure out which one is the email that is the real one

You can get a new password, a yahoo id reminder, or both. If you forgot your yahoo id or password, go to blow link

If you forgot your yahoo id, you need provide three pieces of information so yahoo can confirm your identity.

1) Your birthday

2) Your zip or postal code (at the time you created your yahoo account or when you last update it)

3) Your alternate email address - Note: you must have access to this email address

4) Country code (at the time you created your yahoo account or when you last update it)

Be sure to provide the same information you gave the last time you registered for a new yahoo id or password or the last time you updated your account.

your account may be hacked use help and support center of yahoo for resetting your password by answering to the security question

First thing is make sure you typed the right yahoo ID if you think your password if right, if it will not work still then follow this:

Click the "Forget your ID or password?" link in yahoomail in the lower right of your monitor and follow the steps and provide the information ask or needed to retrieve your password or ID. Usually it would for the answer of your security question or birthday......good luck!

Click the "Forget your ID or password" link at the lower right of your screen, it will help you retrieve your password for sure. And you can have your email address back...as long as you have the information needed to verify your account, one of it is the the answer to your secret question...good luck!
