I continually am asked to type in my product key. so I looked on the back of the computer and saw an area that says Product Key, I then use that number and type it into the space provided, only to be told repeatedly that it is the wrong number. I can not find any other product key number and do not know what else to do now. !!!!

You are most likely typing in the key for an incorrect edition of Windows. Make sure that you have installed the correct version that corresponds with the key on the back of your computer. A key for Windows 7 Home Premium will not work for a computer that has Windows 7 Professional installed and vice versa.
