My kitchen aide dishwasher stopped in the middle of a cycle and didn't finish draining. There is no power to the machine anymore. There is power into to machine but no light come on

Most common issue is a bad thermal fuse. You will find this behind the console, clipped to the control board. Part number is 8193762. Be sure to follow the directions in the package and use the new wires that come with the fuse.

You don't need rinse aids anymore. It rots the wiring...use FINISH tablets, the rinse aid is built into the tablet.

my dishwasher did this for awhile. i found a small object lodged in the drain under the moving sprayer. i put a small amount of powdered clorox2 and ran a cycle. afterwards i ran a jetdry cycle. i havent had a problem since.
