Hi, my daughter has a Samsung S8000 Jet, 15months old, no problems up to now but the phone turned itself off and then freezes on power up, occasionally it does boot up but then turns off immediately or produces a screen like a kaleidescope. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks

freeze. sim unavailiable' please enter in *2767*3655#. After you do so
the phone will restart and will work with your sim inserted. I hope this
solves your problem.

JUST REMOVE YOUR MEMORY CARD,FORMAT IT AND PUT BACK,IF STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS THEN UPGRADE UR PHONE SOFTWARE FROM THE NEAREST SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE.
