I can not get the cloth off the top part to wash it... i got the cloth off the middle and i got the net off to wash. but i cant get the canopy/visor thingy off.

If top loader (you put washing in from top) try to fix by open the lid and move the clothes around.
You may find that the machine is off balance because more clothes are to one side , this will tend to make the machine stop to avoid damage.

I have a Britax Vigour. One of the rear wheels in broken. If I cannot find a new rear wheel, I could sell you my canopy.

Remove/losen the velcro for the bottom of the bed . There are three screws on each side of the base were the music box and volume is. You want to remove the MIDDLE screw ONLY on each side. On each opposite end of the base is a large screw and on the other side is a smaller screw, unloosen the screws and the base of the bed fall off so that you can remove the lining. Remember you only need to remove the middle screw.

there are two screws on the sides, you might want to unscrew them, after you do so the thin bar should snap off if u give it a little tug..then you can remove the canopy and the rest of the covers..make sure you remember how it looks before you take everything off..because it could be trick putting it back together, thats my problem now i cant remember how the canopy gpoes back on...?

I could not get the fabric off my canopy either. I found it slide nicely into my washer (top loader with agitator) even with metal insert. I washed on delicate and it came out great, with no damage to canopy.

Try Replacing the drive belt.
Check it first to make sure that is functioning

its says on the kolcraft web site on the instructions u cant take the top part off u have to hand wash it in the sink or tub i also had that same problem because it was giving to me from a family member and have some spots on it but i doesnt come off sorry
