Hi i have forgot my parent password on my home access toshiba laptop so now i cant do anything how do i recover this or put my laptop restore please help

You need to do a full reset and restore the tablet to factory settings. It would be wise if you can access anything to save it before you do a restore.

Try running the System in Safe mode by pressing F8 on start up.Select on safe mode.After opening,change the password or delete it under settings and then restart PC again.

There is a hidden Administrator account that is created when your operating system is installed. Access that account and then reset your password.

1. Boot your computer and press F8 repeatedly
2. Access Safe Mode
3. Key in "Administrator" in Username, with no password.
4. Go to Control Panel, then User Accounts
5. Select the account you want to reset the password
6. Change the password

reboot and at reboot start pressing the f2 botton try to change setting there. if that don't wook call toshiba and for $25.00 thay will send you a restore disk i got two just in case

While you lost windows os password, you can enter safe mode (F8 when booting up) to remove windows password when you lost user account password, but when you forgot admin passwords, there is no way to change it, you have to use tool to recover administrator password.
