hello, first u need three driver downloaded into your computer:
- Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio:

to install the audio and modem driver:
1. u have to install UAA Bus Driver first, double click 'uaa_sp32646.exe' then follow the installation
2. install Conexant CX20549-12, double click 'audio_sp36090.exe' then follow the installation
3. install Conexant CX20548, double click 'modem_sp36089.exe' then follow the installation
this will install the sound driver and modem on your computer

There is no such thing as intel celeron audio drivers. A Celeron based PC uses the Intel Celeron micro processor. This has no audio capability. Audio is provided in most cases by an Audio processing chip on the motherboard, although there may be a separate sound card instead. In either case you need to determine the type of audio chip used (Realtek is a common manufacture) and then search on the internet for the relevant drivers. If you post the motherboard model number or the PC model here then someone may be able to determine the audio drivers required.
