My daughter got the Little Mommy Talking and Walking baby for Christmas and it was working fine last night and this morning she is louder that usual. Her arms won't move up and down. She won't sit anymore it is like her arms are stuck. Not sure what to do. We changed the batteries and everything. Please Help

Turn doll on. Then using a bent paper clip or something similar insert it into the "Reset" hole next to the pwer switchand hold ther for about 5 seconds. Upon removal, you will hear a narrator say "Hi little mommy. What's your baby's new name? When you hear this sound (bell) say your baby's name..." follow the directions spoken. If the doll did not recognize the name the sequence will begin again.
