First of all you have to know that Microsoft, after its blooper, feels hurt and they want to regain their image of before. They have always demanded all kinds of information. It seems to me that if you go to Vista, division of Microsoft, you may be able to get what you need faster. For us to go to any manufacturer, we need to him the Name of the Computer, the model number and the MB ID. Even though you probably know where to look, let me mention to you where. The ID of the mother board is in between the white PCI sockets, the lettering is very profound and you can't miss it. If it is not there, you will find it around the upper right corner of the MB, around the RAM memory sockets. Thank you for your consideration of our service... I hope that ASUS has a driver for your operating system, but you'll have to visit their web site:

http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx

When it loads into your web browser, click on "Download" in the blue bar at the top of the page.

Next, look in the upper-left corner.
In the space that says "Input Model to Search" type in TUSI-M.
Below that select "Drivers".
Below that click the "Search Info" Button.

In the middle of the next page click on "TUSI-M".

You will then be prompted to choose the Operating system from a pop-up list.

The next page will display all of the drivers you can download for your motherboard.
Note that you also get access to Bios, Utilities, and Manual for your motherboard.

Want sound driver for intel celeron[Tm] cpu
Go the ASUS support site and do a model search for TUSI-M, enter the OS you need drivers for and download what you need. The soundcard integrated into that board is a C-Media CMI8738/C3DX just in case you need to find a driver for it elsewhere.
