Hi, more the likely, when the heater fires up and reaches its limit for the fan motor to come on, the motor has failed. The blower motor is just old and has run until it can't funtion anymore. I hate to tell you this after what you just said, but the only way to solve it is to replace it or have it replaced. They get dust and dirt in the windings and bearings and fail, nothing much you can do but keep your filter clean, but they still fail. You will need to call a tech out to change it. It is possable the capacitor has failed, or the fan relay, but I am 99% sure the motor its self has died. I an sorry to give you this news.

Ended up having a repairman in today and seems the problem was the draft inducer was plugged. He explained it is a safety feature, unplugged it, cleaned it out, and we fired right up. But thank you so much for the response.

I have a goodman modle gms80703ana and at first the inducer fan would kick on in it's normal cycle then the furnace would shut off do to a pressure switch. Now the inducer fan only come on perodicaly...

First unplug your furnace to reset it then plug it back in with thermostat set to heat high enough to make the heat come on. As soon as the inducer motor came on you JUMP the 2 wires that go to pressure switch. Your igniter should come on and gas valve should open for heat. If the flame stay on the blower should come on after a few minutes. If it get to this point your problem could be pressure switch itself or inducer clogged.

I have a goodman gmpn that the middle burner has a little bit of flame rollout it kicks the flame sensor switch after about 1-2 minutes then it will not cycle back on. The flames are perfect until the main...

Unfortunately that means there's a hole in the heat exchanger, particularly in that cell of it. When the main blower comes on the air is pushed into the heat exchanger, causing the flame rollout. A heat exchanger crack or blowout is usually what condemns a furnace for good. Goodmans however, have a lifetime warranty on their heat exchangers, so you'll probably be able to find someone to replace it pretty cheap, or do it yourself for free.

My furnace blower kicks on and the flame lights for about 5 seconds then kicks off. I replaced the igniter recently. The service trouble light blinks continuously.

Your furnace may be kicking out on high limit. Its possible your circ. or blower fan needs to be cleaned. If you don't get enough air moving across you heat exchanger it will kick off on high limit.

WHEN THE HEATER COMES ON THE FAN STARTS INSTANTLY AND BLOWS COLD

Do you have a heat pump? If so this is normal. You are probably used to a gas furnace. There are heat pumps that do have a delay though. Look on the circuit board in the air handler. There may be a set of pins that say 0-30-60-90 yours may be at 0. Also some digital T-stats offer that function for delay off to get the extra heat or cold from the system. Find out what the model number of the air handler and call the Goodman supplier in your area to see if you have these options.
If you have a gas furnace and it's not delaying the blower there is definately something wrong.

Goodman Propane heater 2yrs old Sound like a flame thrower

The sound you are hearing is gas burning in the throat of the burner. It is usually an indication of a air/gas mixture. Have your gas company investigate the gas pressure. This would explain slightly higher usage because the furnace is not putting out all of its heat.

Either yourself or a Heating specialist will have to replace the gas valve.. Once installed you will plug unit back in which will reset power board and should work fine
