Hello What type of TV do you have, analog or digital? If you have an analog TV and the screen is rolling it is the vertical hold. Because the vertical hold operate on 60 cycle which the same as AC line cycle. The 60 cycle in the vertical hold is as a oscillator or timing circuit. When the TV pick up the image for the NV devise, they just don't mix. Why, because image intensifier tube in the NV devise is operation at 25 to 50K Hz or cycles. The vertical hold circuit pick up on the 50K Hz signal which mixes with 60 cycle timing circuit causing the screen to rolling with lines across the screen @ 60 cycles. Digital camera and digital camcorder with digital TV will help, or a image inverter that takes this 50k Hz signal and covert it to some that analog TVs can use. GB...stewbison
