I got a nintendo ds lite 4 weeks ago. I went to clean my ds... it had bubbles in the screen. The next day it would not turn on. Any ideas on how I can fix
my nintendo ds lite?
Most likly the bubbles (water) got onto the motherboard and shorted out the system, if you put the charger on the system and the power light comes on then off it's the number 2 fuse, replace the fuse, do not bridge it

My DS Lite went through the wash one time. Luckily it didn't go through the whole cycle. It didn't work right away, for the next three days actually. But on the third day it did start working. I didn't have any calibration issues on the touch screen, thank god, but the L and R trigger buttons stopped working. Luckily, I only play Pok'emon, so it didn't hinder me too bad. But yeah, just give it time.
Yes the touch screen can be replaced, you can buy a new one on ebay for $10.00 you will also need a triwing screwdriver, also on ebay. you can try nintendo to see if it's under warranty.
ebay has a nintendo ds lite repaire service for $40.00
