Phone locked my son forgot his phone lock code

my 5 year old son locked my phone by trying too put my lock code in and now its telling me enterd too many times enter my email and password

Just don't worry. Instead of lock code enter the security code. The defaults are 1234.

use this master code *#7328748263373738# it will change/reset your code and then if it again asks for the code then remember by default the code is 12345. Hope this solves your problem.

Did he put in a code or have you tried to push the menu button and then the * asterick button (star button). If not you might try 1,2,3,4,5 & 6 when it ask for and unlock code.

Unless you've changed it, it is usually the last four digits of your phone number by default

remove your sim card and memory card, then, press #3 button,* button,call button and power on switch at the same time for about 10 seconds, then wait untill it reboot... then its done no more unlock codes.

note: this process may erase all your data such as photos,videos,contacts,msgs etc.

u can get the puk no from the service provider , enter the wrong pin code thrice , it will ask u for this puk code , enter the code , make sure u arrange the puk code before this process...
