You have hard drive errors or system file errors.
Sounds like it's too late to try and restore your system.
Place your OS system disc in your drive and boot from it setting up a fresh system on your hard drive.

Keep pressing F2 or F12 repeatedly as soon as you have pressed the power button on the PC, this may get you into the BIOS

Try tapping the Del key. Also try F11, if neither of those work, then try these combos below:

Fn+F2
Fn+F8
Fn+F10
Fn+F11
Fn+F12
Shift+F2
Shift+F8
Shift+F10
Shift+F11
Shift+F12

Remember to hit these key combos before Vista loads, only when you sure the keys were pressed, cross it off the list on move on. When you do determine the correct key combo, please post back here, it will help others with the same question.

Boot menu cant working

Press DEL to get to your bios options then disable fast boot. This will allow you to hit the appropriate key to enter the boot menu.

restart the computer HOLD the keys CTRL or FN +F2 or F11 or f12 depend of your mark+ or f8 safe mode with network an download the BIOS update +chipset from your manufacturer supplier and repair , model, and go to BIOS setup , or go to restore the factory default.

Ideapad Z560 neither accessing BIOS setup or is starting normally

Your bios seems corrupted. You will probably need to reflash from a thumb drive which is bootable. The F2 should get you to booting screen to access the thumb drive to boot from to flash the bios.
