The cooling in the ref. section is done w/ a vent that passes air from the freezer. The adjustment maybe labeled "freezer temp". When you locate it, check w/ hand for cool airflow. Insure that it is not blocked. Set vent control @midpoint and give it 24 hrs to stableize.
P.S. If you have a defrost problem, the coil will frostup and not allow proper airflow. Check rear panel for frost build-up, and check if your freezer can keep ice cream hard. If either, leave unit off overnight w/ doors proped open, then re-check operation.

The freezer is cooling but the bottompart of the refrigerator is not cooling
Hi, i will suggest you reset both or the one thermostat to reg.settings ,most people turn the freezer up and this only makes the freezer colder because it closes the damper flap more,also look in the freezer to see if any frost on bad wall,you might have a bad defrost heater or termantor,this will be of help to you.

39 ltr engle fridge freezer wont shut off when at temp
hi,

the temp should be around 35-40 in the fresh side and below freezing in the freezer. If the probe is positioned wrong then it may not shut off. Does the probe need to be in the freezer compartment?If the freon level is wrong then the freezer may not get cold enough to shut down the control tstat. The low side pressure should be around 5 PSI.

Not cold
if there is ice on the back panel of your freezer your defrost is not working. Your need a new heater coil. or it can be the timer.

I have a Roper RT21LMXKQ00 Freezer wont freeze
The problem is a defrost problem. The freezer coil has frost on it and thus restricts the cold air from flowing. This affects the refrigerator as it gets its cold air from the freezer. The ice will not make if the temperature is above 12*F and this also is why ice cream is like mush.

Car Panel
there are plastic clips along the bottom of the door that come loose. there is a screw where the door handle is that holds the plastic in and there may be 2 more screws near the top that have to come out so that you can remove the panel. the plastic clips that hold the bottompart you have to be careful you dont break them but they are replaceable at any parts store
