Know your product fixagha, there is no reset button
Know your product fixagha, there is no reset button
if there is no button then go in mp3 settings and go to restore factory...
if there is no restore factory option in your mp3 then connect it with a computer then format it.....
Fixagha, please do the world a favor and don't answer anymore. When that screen shows, you cannot hook it up to the computer and reformat it. THe computer will not read it. It will show an error that it needs a driver. If you don't know the product, don't answer.
This was an answer that was posted earlier. When I tried it, it did not work. Others say it did, so it's worth a shot.
Same happened to me. I called the support number in the manual 580-272-0035, and they gave me the reason and the fix. The reason is improperly disconnecting the device from a USB port. This can cause the firmware to be corrupted. The solution is to allow the battery to completely drain, then before connecting to any power source, press the play button for 30 seconds. This resets the firmware. How to properly disconnect from a USB port is on page 17 of the manual and applies to any device.
I have the same problem. Won't charge. Vista tries to load drivers (even though it already had and worked), and then says it couldn't find and fails driver install. Won't turn on, can't charge, can't access with pc = garbage. Unless someone has a quick solution, I"m not going to waste any more of my time with it.
