My mp3 has a messed up screen, I charged it and the screen is fuzzy. I have tried to reset it several times and it does the same thing, you can't see anything on the screen.

You have to assume the switch is defect. So when ever you can switch it of, you won't be able to switch it on. I think you have to be realistic about this. A new one won't be as expensive as 10 minutes of a technician trying to diagnose this. A repair could cost 10 times that. So if you can't open it, to see it is just a bit of dirt preventing the switch to operate, you better start saving for a new one.
Try turning the computer off then on. If this does not solve the issue you will need to download another driver for the device you are connecting.... Go to the device website for this!
Press theresetbuttonis next tothe headphone entry (Is a small entry press it with a needle...) If this works you will see the welcome screen again (The Eclipse logo in various colors)
1) There's a difference between "support" and play directly of video mp3 player.
2) It's not just about the format, but also screen size and resolution.
You need to run the music through the converter tool that is on the
player itself (like a portable dirve, look into it's directories) or as a
small CD that came in the player's kit.
