I just purchased a Bowflex Precision XT heart moniter watch, but the instructions where not included. Does anyone know how I can get the instructions for the product. I have looked online at boxflex but i was not able to locate the instructions. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I know of no web source either, bowflex does not have it listed in there manuals section. The only solution is too contact the seller and ask for the manual, as it is supposed to come with one, or contact Bowflex customer service and ask them for a copy.

Well it depends on how much you sweat.
The sensors need to be wet to read correctly.
You can buy something called Heart Rate Gel cost about $5 to $10
Some people just lick the sensors on the watch strap and it works until they can start sweat enough..

If you have the cheststrap then you don't need anything else. If you don't have the cheststrap piece then you need one. The watch itself does not moniter your heart, It only reads the signal being sent by the moniter on the chest strap.
