You need to specify if the car has Auto Temp Control or Manual......this is Manual. .Power is great, but its not going to work unless it also has ground. The black wire at the motor is ground, then it goes to the blower speed resistor, If you ground the Black wire, and the blower runs, the motor is OK, If you ground the Dark Blue /Gray wire it should work full speed. If it does not, then replace the resistor. The a/c controller grounds the Resistor. so if you ground the DB/GR wire and it works, then the controller may be bad. These guys should have access to a wiring diagram.

Ac/ heater f motor speeds up and slows down while runnning, what could be the issue

Check voltage to the fan blower motor. If its within limits, the blower motor is most likely bad.

I have a 2004 Pacifica and the blower motor runs on high all the time, can't get it to work on slower speeds

The high blower works off a relay in the high speed only so the fan switch is at fault on your vehicle
Replace the fan blower control speed switch which is the one you adjust the lower fan speeds

I have a 2005 chrysler pacifica the heat and defrost stopped working no air at all is blowing out I checked the fuses and the relay both are okay what else can it be.

either your blower motor went bad or the blower motor resistor. what you can do is pull the plug from the blower motor and hook direct power from the battery and a ground, if the blower works replace the resistor the resistor will be mounted to the heater box close to the blower motor .follow the wires from the blower to the resistor. hope this helps
