may be battery problem sir or from charger sir. kindly check with another charger sir it may work. check the battery is charging when connected to charger. so check by changing charger or battery alternatively sir. this will solve your problem. thank you

First Option:
mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems...
just try the following..
connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger
Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging
IF Charging Problem not Solved So
Second Option:
Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC
And charging Problem will Solved Quickly

hi :) sony always have the charging pro. the charging port east dirty or if u have water damage before. u may use alkohol brush the port by your self.if still no work,u need send for technician exchange a new port.

I advice you try use a similar charger to charge your phone, if the problem still persist, i mean if the similar charger did not charge the phone, it means the charging port of your phone is bad and will need to be replace, i advice you replace the charging port of your phone if no charger charges the phone, replacing the charging port will help and get your phone charging.

That means that the phone charger is sending an incorrect voltage to the phone, or that there had been a contact on phone charger connector.

hi sir... a PC suite is required to transfer songs and pictures to ur mobile.. But thats not needed all the time.. All u needed is a USB cable connecting ur system and mobile...Keep ur mobile in file transfer mode and then u can start to transfer songs to ur mobile...
