Question about Lands Phones
We have a 2 year old NEC Ranger DK824 telephone system with displays on each handset. The display panel shows phone numbers dialled out, date, time and length of call, as well as the incoming line number of an outside call coming in (i.e. Line 1, Line 2 etc.), but not actual incoming phone number. NEC have told me that this particular system does not have caller ID functionality. I was just wondering if this is the case or not, as they seemed a bit vague in this regard.
I have a DK824 I bought in 2000 which did not have called ID capability - that was explained to me on purchase - if yours is 2 years old they must have kept the models the same for a long time though
