This is a similar error display to the infamous H07 with many Panasonic DVD players; it would likely be that the traverse unit (or to put it another way, the spindle motor and optical pickup assembly) has either partially failed, is failing, or has failed completely, which can mean a very expensive repair - more than the price of a new unit. (this component is not repairable - it must be replaced/aligned and firmware upgraded as required)
Because new DVD and Blu-Ray players (which also have DVD playback support) are becoming cheaper to buy these days, the cost to repair older existing units is becoming more expensive - thus making this unit uneconomical to fix when it displays the abovementioned error(s). The display is defective and requires replacement. Unfortunately, the display is probably incorporated as a unit with the control panel and must be purchased as an entire service part. This will cost $80-$120 depending on the oven make & model. It will cost more if you have a repairer install the part.
It may be more cost effective to replace the oven. Microwave ovens are rather inexpensive these days.

Moto W270 dose not have a Java installed , so all those issues about insalling games in W270 will not work , and one more thing copying jar files to others folder will not work..
