My TracFone has one of thier prepayed plans used to add 50 some units every month. Through a preset payment plan ...
My phone 1592.6 units payed for on it, and now it's deactifated and I called TracFone about this and they told me to call tech service on Monday or Tues. since it's Memorial day for additional assistance..
They updated and upgraded thier website. All my info. is GONE erased both my phone info. all payment plans everything but name and address info. Database wiped clean.. CALL Tech support first thing after the Memorial Holiday. It's a Toll Free 800 number 1-(800) 867-7183
Follow Through the Prompts to an Operator and ask for Tech Support.
They should be able to straghten this mess out, at least I hope they DO! I don't want all my units deleted either!!!!
Have a Happy Memoria Day ..

Maybe you could go on to the web site and try to reactivate the phone. I would try that or the next step would probably be to call
tracfone for assistance.

Why aren't my added minutes and service date till not showing, it's accepted the minutes but doesn't display them, please let me know what to do.

Have you downloaded Tracfone's "My Account" app? You can get it from playstore. Once installed it will show all of the information you're wanting to see.

How do I get an answer to my question about where my minutes went?

FixYa cannot solve this problem, you need to contact your cell phone provider.

Why is my service disabled, but I have minutes?

With TracFone, you not only need to have minutes, but also service time. Check your phone's display to see if your service time is up. (I have a Samsung TracFone and it tells the number of service days remaining, but my old Motorola showed an expiration date. Your Motorola model may show the date too.) You'll lose service if you don't add more time by the end of service date, even if you still have minutes. As long as you add some more airtime within a short time (I don't remember the exact number of days), you'll keep the same number.

If the phone shows you haven't reached the end of service date and you still have minutes left, there's some other problem that TracFone will need to look into. Their customer service number is 1-800-867-7183.

Hope this helps and that you're back in service soon. Thanks for using Fixya!

Motorola TracFone c139

Along with signing up for minutes, TracFone's service requires that you re-establish a service contract as well.

TracFone dones this for several reasons:
1. It keeps the company's database clean (old accounts expire and they don't have to maintain the records in their active database).
2. It gives people incentive to sign up for packages with higher minutes (e.g. the more minutes, the longer the duration that your service contract lasts).
3. They want to flash advertising at you (the more times that they can get you to their site to view their sponsor's ads...the better). Expiring short-term service contracts ensure that you'll have to make repeat visits to their website.

You'll need to go to the TracFone website and use their online form to renew your service contract.
http://www.tracfone.com/ - Click on "Already Have a TracFone" on the right.

When you visit their site, make sure you have your Serial number (IMEI or ESN number found under the battery on the phone), as well as the SIM Chip number (number on the little grey card that you can slide out of the interface - also under the battery).

I believe that you can also renew your service contract by calling their toll free number: 1-800-867-7183

Hope this helps!

MOTOROLA 120 tracfone

I had the same problem . After entering wrong code numbers,it disables the phone after four tries. The only way to get it back is to call customer service at 800-867-7183 . press 1 for english. the next menu
press 4 and the last menu press 5 to talk live to technical support. They will not ask you what you were doing to disable it.They will have you go to code feature off my prepaid menu and you must type in the 24 digit code they give you and then press ok.Then you are back in service with no charge. Hope this answers your question.
