Hi i have a tracfone i just added 120 minutes to it and i did use it and still have 117.5 left but now it says service disabled ???? what is going on ? and how can i fix it
it says PREPAID SERVICE DISABLED, and i have no idea what to do.
Maybe you could go on to the web site and try to reactivate the phone. I would try that or the next step would probably be to call
tracfone for assistance.
CALL Tech support first thing after the Memorial Holiday. It's a Toll Free 800 number 1-(800) 867-7183 Follow Through the Prompts to an Operator and ask for Tech Support. They should be able to straghten this mess out.

My phone 1592.6 units payed for on it, and now it's deactifated and I called TracFone about this and they told me to call tech service on Monday or Tues. since it's Memorial day for additional assistance..
