I cant do anything with it the screen is just black nothing on it but the backlight is on behind the black screen i cant do anything on it i cant even call i have to voice dial.

Usually problem with the LCD backlight. Try to get it replaced under warranty with your provider. Out of warranty? = You can get the screen replaced at Blackberry repair or try to repair it yourself for free or have a friend do it using Blackberry Repair Guide. The part is available on ebay.

Blank screen, cant hear anything on the ear piece!

replace the phone, that is symptomatic of a phone that has a compression crack, (sat down it was in the pocket, shut too tight, etc) There is no repair, but if you have the insurance it is covered as damage.

Could be the screen is not properly attached to the circit board worth while giving it in to a repair shop if your not so good at repairs yourself . Doesnt sound like anything major (hopefuly)

Cant see anything on my screen

Most likely a bad flex cable if what you see is a white screen. Have the flex cable replaced and your screen will come back to life.
