My motherboard is ASUS PVD2-VM SE, after reinstrol the windows i cant instrol biltin LAN driver. Have there any soluation 4 this provlem. i havet its driver CD also

Access the ASUS web-site.
Select MOTHERBOARD.
Select ASUS-P5E-VM.
Select DRIVERS.
Select NIC or LAN.
Download via a computer that *does* have Internet access.
Copy the downloaded-file to a USB memory-stick.
Move the USB memory-stick to your computer.
Install from the USB memory-stick.
Go to the following link and enter your model P5PE-VM in the top left corner where it reads "Input Model To Search" In the select category box, select "ALL"
