this is the manual for that phone, download it and hopefully you can find the answer there... Usually it's an issue with volume control, or the microphone maybe dirty or clogged
The same happened once to my A-1. If I rememeber well, button popped out again after sliding the double exposure lever under the shutter lever and then winding the shutter. Hope this helps.
