I have a boss audio indash dvd player is there a way to bypass the parking brake wire
Boss Audio is the easiest in-dash DVD on the market to bypass; all you do is ground the ebrake wire. I recently installed 12 Boss Audio in-dash BV-7300's and did this to all of the decks problem solved. By the way I did this because they were in the back of limousines where the driver couldn't ever even see one of them while he was driving. I don't think there will be a problem, try it.

YOU CONNECT THE THE PARKING BRAKE WIRE TO A GROUND OR YOU CAN USE A TOGGLE SWITCH COONET TO THE GROUND WIRE TO THE SWITCH AND THE OTHER END FROM SWITCH TO PARKING BRAKE WIRE ON RADIO

Just ground it to the ground wire (negative cable).

I just had my boss bv7200 faceplate stolen from my car. I was wondering if the bv7300 will fit the base? Or if I can find just the bv7200 faceplate.

Www.DIYBypass.com has bypasses for just about every model radio you can think of. That's where I got mine for my Pioneer radio.
