Caravelle by bulova 43b17how to adjust Stainless steel bracelet

To remove some links: If you don't have special tool, at least you have to have something really hard and thin (like the pin you use to post notes on the cork board). Put that pin in to the tiny hole between links where the bracelet pin is and then press/push it forward (follow arrow direction as shown on the inside of the bracelet links.) When the bracelet pin comes out at one end, pull it out of that end totally.
After removing one links, connect the two links next to each other by placing the bracelet pin back into the hole and push it to the other end.
To add some links: You have to have spare links and do the same way with the pin to attach more links.

How to adjust expandable bracelet pleaseI would like to remove links to make it smaller.

If you are ready to take that risk, here is how you can do that.
First- get watch on your wrist and by squeezing the bracelet count how many links you have to take out to make it tight enough (say 4 for example).
Check the sides of a bracelet. You will notice that the upper band metal is flipped over the bracelet side. Take tweezers or small pliers and unbend one of these. Try to do as little damage as possible.
When it's done, you will see two metal staples inserted into the bracelet. You have to pull them out. While pulling out, remember how they where positioned, as you will need to drive them back in the same manner.
So, when the staples are out, do the same on the other side of bracelet. Now you have bracelet in two halves.
Count off 4 links and undo the staples in joint of 4th and 5th link in the same manner as previously.
When links are out, take the staples and drive them back into the bracelet joining two ends together. You have to do that exactly the same way and position as you took them out.
When all staples are in place, bend the metal back over the bracelet sides.
BE WARNED: as you gonna do it first time, be ready that you can damage the bracelet or can not put it back together.

Good luck.

Taking links out of a tag watch

TAG Link watches has very distinctive bracelets, but there is the price to pay for it- as they do wear out it's almost impossible to repair and costly replacement is needed.
In your case: open the clasp first and check if the bracelet end links has holes on sides. If yes, then find which end of the pin is split or have groove in it. This end Must come out first! Use small hammer and hardened steel pin to drive bracelet pins out.
When assembling bracelet back together, note that the pins MUST go back exactly the same way as they came out (blunt end first in and split end last).

Good luck
