My keyboard dosen't let me know if I am in caps or lower case.

no PC stated, just HP.
wireless or not , keyboards work the same. (if not monkey'ed with with software or picking say Chinese keyboard set)
the caps lock key glows for uppercase. push that now, see?

if you press shift, it goes to upper, just like old typewriter did.
but only watching as you type tells you if its caps.

Shift for one letter, Caps lock for all caps. Lower right and left of keyboard on most computers.

On I phone, there is an arrow on the lower left - tap once, it will turn dark, and will cap one letter. Double tap, and it will use all caps, until you release by tapping again.

Click on the Caps Lock button ;) if that wont work, then for lower case just use shift and the wanted letter

On most any keyboard there are 3 lights indicating whether or not your caps lock, num lock, or scroll lock are on. Also my programs have a default notification that lets you know when your typing a password, if the caps lock is on or not!

Try pressing the Caps Lock key, (the Caps Lock LED will then turn off) this will return the letters to lower case.

That UP arrow refers to an UPPER CASE letter. If ever you press the CAPS LOCK key, it should turn off, if it does not it means the CAPS LOCK key for some reason is stuck. Try restarting the computer and by then the CAPS LOCK should be disabled.

Check for a light on the keyboard, caps lock could be on.
The caps lock key might be sticking press down on it a few times might loosen it a bit.

Well I guess you will know when you try typing, if there is no light indicator on the keyboard ( well there just dumb ) and you can't do anything about it.

press caps lock and F9 together see if that fixes it
