It is happening because it dont supported automatic settings you have to configure your phone manually. Just call the idea technical support and ask for manual settings they will help on call. I suggest you that call from another idea number as in some motorola handsets you will not able to go to main menu when you are on call.
I have Micromax Q5 with Reliance GSM. Iam not able to activate the GPRS from this mobile. Can any one help me in this regard. Even in this mobile Opera Mini option also there but while opening this application it showing that "Jar not found" what is this? And how to fix this issues?...... I am trying to fix this issue from 5 days. but Iam failed.... Please give a proper solution to avoid this confusion with this mobile.
