Your printer is signalling that it is out of ink and that you should put a new ink cartridge in. Without a new ink cartridge it cannot print the pending faxes.
The message might be refering to the transmit area not the recieve area. Open your document path and make certain that there's nothing in the feed path.
It's also possible that a piece of paper is actually stuck in the paper path near the fuser area. This may or may not be accessable in your particular unit
I think this machine does not have a reset option instead you can reset manually.All you have to do is on the right side of drum unit there exist a white + type notch,rotate it clockwise till it allows.Put back drum unit into machine.Switch on and see replace drum and supplies message will disappear.In my case it worked.Hope this is the best solution.All the best
Turn on your machine then press MENU then press #9000*then press 550 then press START last thing turn off the machine or unplugged it...This soloution is for KX-FL512 just try it ok?and give me a fee back.
