Question about Panasonic KX-FL611 Plain Paper Laser Fax
I have a KX-FL611 FAX. It shows the error "Call Service 3" and it allows me to send outgoing FAX's without a problem. However you cannot receive FAX's, nor make copies. I have already done and checked the usual advice - no paper jams, switched out ink with another healthy FAX, turned it off and on, etc - and I think this is some sort of software setting. The instruction manual makes no mention of this "Call Service 3" error. Or a power thing. But I have absolutely no idea. This has happened to me twice. The first FAX worked great for nearly 8 months, then "Call Service 3" appeared. This new FAX - the one I have in use now - lasted 3 weeks until "Call Service 3" appeared. If anyone has any idea what this "Call Service 3" is, or what it means, please post. Thanks, Dave
If doing menu #9000*550 did not solve the problem for call service 3, it is better to call your panasonic service center.
the problem is in fuser unit. the thermistor maybe dirty or damage. careful to touch the fuser unit for it is really hot.

Call service 3-fuser/fixing unit problem.I don't know if can resset your machine but i guess it CAN because this solution is for KX-FL512 it almost same KX-FL..just only try it ok? Turn on the machine then press MENU then press #9000*then press 550 then press START and last thing turn off your machine or unplugged it...pls.give me a feed back about this ok?this my e-mail add:[email protected]
