Using a comma ',' for evey three second delay you need until the PIN needs to be keyed.
so for example:
8005551212,,1234 will dial the number 8005551212 wait 6 seconds then dial 1234
you can key in a comma by holding down the * key until it changes to a comma

How do I set up speed dialing on my phone DECT1560 ?

Hello,

ou can save up to 8 phone numbers in your speed dial book. The speed dial keys go from 2 to 9. When you place a call, our system prompts you to "enter the phone number you wish to dial". You just press the appropriate speed dial key followed by the pound sign (#) and your call goes through. No long numbers to enter any more!

If you set a speed dial for our access number on your phone machine, you have to press three keys only to complete a dial - as easy as "1-2#"! That's it!

For example, you can set your parents' phone number as speed dial key 2 and your friend's number as key 3. After dialing the access number from your phone, you will press 2 then # to reach your parents, or press 3# to reach your friend. Nothing could be easier!
Speed Dial set up Instructions:
Dial the access number, wait for prompt.
Enter PIN number, wait for prompt.
Dial: "#" "2" "#" [a speed dial number: 1-9] "#" [destination number] "#". The system will confirm the number.
Example: [#] [2] [#] [5] [#] [011-888-88-88-88-88] [#]
Use Speed Dial:
Dial the access number, wait for prompt.
Enter PIN number, wait for prompt.
Dial: [speed dial key (1-9)] "#"
Hope this will help to solve the problem....

I HAVE A DECT 1588 SERIES DIGITAL PHONE SET.IT CAME WITH A USERS GUIDE.I'VE ENTERED ALL THE LOCAL AND LONG-DISTANCE NUMBERS.NEEDED! THE GUIDE DOESN'T DIRECT A WAY TO ENTER THE NUMBERS ON MY...

The guide doesn't indicate this as there is no other way to do so.
You could always I guess program in and put the 800# & Digit, under a "Speed Dial" key, then at least one would only have to enter the 10 digit PIN number, after pressing the speed dial.

Dialing speedial 1 does not access my voiemail even tho it says it is dialing it a greeting comes on asking for an access code. the nly way to get voicemail is dialing manually and the icon onscreen does...

OK, usually one cannot use the speed dial feature unless you insert, pauses in the number, IE: you must add 1 second, "Pauses", after and before the number you dial... also you can then add, your access code too, well theoretically anyway..
So, you pause, for 1 sec, then dial the number, pause for 2 - 3, 4, maybe 5 seconds, seconds, then enter your access code and Enter code.
This should then be able you to then speed dial and connect and enter your PIN, all at the same time, if your PIN isn't recognized, try adding more pauses before entering.
If NONE of it works, then you simply have a network/phone that will not do it.
