Windows comes with the necessary basic drivers such as video and keyboard support etc. You will need to download the other drivers for each of your hardware devices.
For example, if you had a TP-LINK 2405A Wireless Card,
Google "TP-LINK 2405A Wireless Card Driver" and a AC-97 Sound Card "Ac-97 Driver"

There are 3 versions for your product(TP-LINK TL-WN353GD, Important***select the correct firmware version to update. Then download the latest drivers(Setup Utility) & and install the drivers for your adapter from the TP Link site. Link - How to look over the hardware version on a TP-Link device?
