According to the copier specs, the CS-2030 requires that an add-on duplicator unit be installed for double-sided copying.

Be sure to find the CS-2030 under their "legacy" models. I just looked and it is there.

The waste bin might be full,try emptying it. Also check the photoconductor unit

is there a job seperator on this machine (gray tray in middle of paper eject)? If so try this...Press */language key @ left of control panel...Scroll down to "Machine default", press enter key...enter code 2000 or 6482...scroll to ejector of fax (if equipped) or ejector of copy...select what tray ...scroll up to "end"...press enter...that should bounce you back to "Ready to copy" screen.

Hey Rev, almost always on a multi-function copier, you have to actually stand in front of it to fix it. Call a tech who knows the model and you will save money in the long run.

I will attempt to help you with your problem. Keep in mind that I happend upon this post and I have absoultely no idea what has transpired before this contact with you today. Hopefully I can resolve your situation.

The CS-2030 does NOT come with a duplex unit as standard equipment. If your unit does not have an AD-61 duplex unit attached you will not be able to perform this function automatically. You can, however, use the bypass tray to reinsert the copy to ad a second side image. If you can tell me for certain that your unit is equipped with a duplex unit I will be glad to research your issue futher.
