Hi - This is probably because of one of two things: when the software was installed it asks do you want to install it for all users? Somebody might have goofed up. You can try two things. Go to your control panel and then user accounts. Click on the second person's account and see if they have administrator rights. If not you can change it so they do. While in user accounts click on change an account. Then add computer administrator to the second account. Another thing to try, is right click on the program you use to burn cds, click on properties, click on advanced and then check the box marked run with different credentials. See if one of these work.
