Issues right now....I have one more picture for you....

The 4.6 L SOHC engine used in the 1997 F-150 has a spark plug firing order 1 - 3 - 7 - 2 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 8

check the battery if its ok, check for power at the starter with a meter or a test light. it sould have a constant power source and one that has power when you turn the key to start. if those are there you need a starter
