What you most likely got was a bid to answer your initial question. I pulled up your user page and it only shows this post. You may have to restate your question. Once you do there is the possiblity that up 3 experts can bid on your question. You can either accept one of the up to 3 bids or let the question ride hoping someone will answer it.
