Remoe memory card and check on your PC. If detecting , the scan and check for virus. Load safe files and reload to phone, if not deteccted , remove card, remoe battery and put inbattery after 10 minutes. after the phone loads up , waitt to check for all menu functions, then reload memory card. If there is no detection, it can be an hardware problem, the failure of slot contacts, the failure of the memory interface to mP.

Hi. Nokia 3110 uses microSD card up to 2GB only. Please check the size/capacity of your memory card and make sure it is 2GB or lower. Higher capacity will not be recognized.
If your memory card is below 2GB, remove the card from your phone and use a card reader to connect that to any computer and see if you can see the drive. If your memory card appears in the computer but not on your phone, you may have a bad slot but if card did not appear in your computer, you may have to consider replacing the memory.
